1 Basic Mechanical Engineering Lab The lab provides required practical training to all engineering students. It has machines to carry out tensile and compression tests of metals and non-metals. The lab is equipped with different models of IC engines, boilers, and hydraulic machines. The purpose of the lab is to develop a fundamental understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles.
2 Theory of Machine Lab This lab helps students understand the kinematics and dynamics of machines through practical experiments on different mechanisms.
3 Fluid Mechanics & Machinery Lab The Fluid Mechanics Laboratory provides practical insights into the fundamental principles of fluid behavior, fluid dynamics, and hydraulics.
4 Thermal Engineering Lab The Thermal Engineering Lab focuses on thermal science, energy systems, and modern heat transfer technologies.
5 Heat & Mass Transfer Lab This lab demonstrates practical applications of conduction, convection, and radiation through various experiments related to thermal systems.
6 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Lab This lab enables students to understand the basics of refrigeration and air conditioning. Students are trained and motivated to research and practice technologies in Thermal Engineering with specialization in refrigeration and air conditioning.
7 Strength of Material Lab This lab provides hands-on experience in evaluating the mechanical properties of materials and studying their behavior under different loading conditions.
8 Vibration Engineering Lab This lab demonstrates vibrational instruments and provides facilities for measurement of frequency signals, RPM, and data acquisition to build fundamental concepts in vibrational analysis.
9 Workshop Lab The Mechanical Workshop and Manufacturing Process Lab develops practical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and real-world applications.
10 CAD/CAM/CAE Lab This lab introduces students to CAD/CAM software and equipment. Students are trained to use computers for design and manufacturing using the latest CAD/CAM technologies.
11 Automobile Engineering Lab The lab is equipped with setups that enable experiments on engines and automobile subsystems. Working models of petrol and diesel engines are available for tests like Morse test and SFC.
12 Engineering Graphics Lab This lab integrates fundamental drawing principles with modern digital tools to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
